据中国纸业网报道,2013年5月,福伊特再蒸发技术在安徽一客户的卫生纸机上成功投入运行。这是福伊特再蒸发技术在中国的第一个案例。此前,该技术在欧洲、北美等地广泛应用于近40个卫生纸机客户。在该客户的案例中,福伊特在其热风循环系统的气-气热交换器之前安装了再蒸发系统。系统开启运行后,能够最大限度地利用气罩回收热风中的热量,并降低最终排入大气中的热风温度从而改善环境。福伊特再蒸发技术的原理
According to the China Paper Network, in May 2013, Voith Revaporation Technology was successfully put into operation in a customer’s tissue machine in Anhui Province. This is the first case of Voith Revapor technology in China. Previously, the technology is widely used in nearly 40 tissue machines in Europe, North America and other places. In this customer’s case, Voith installed a revapor system before the gas-to-air heat exchanger of its hot-air circulation system. After the system is turned on, it can maximize the use of the hood to recover the heat in the hot air and reduce the temperature of the hot air finally discharged into the atmosphere to improve the environment.
