针对豫西孟津煤矿水力冲孔存在的问题,从水力学理论、钻孔布置及冲孔工艺进行了详细的分析。通过把多喷嘴转化当量喷嘴,计算了当量直径和流量系数确定的水射流的压力。提出了射流压力与瓦斯压力的同向作用和反向作用,经过选取有效的冲孔钻具,优化钻孔布置方式,采用先下后上二次冲孔工艺实现了在透气性较差煤层的快速消突。现场考察说明该措施能很好的消除突出危险,掩护煤巷掘进速度由小于35 m/月提高到了115m/月。
Aiming at the existing problems of hydraulic punching in Mengjin Coal Mine in western Henan, a detailed analysis is made from the theory of hydraulics, layout of drilling holes and punching process.
