铁道部劳动卫生研究所从1990年4季度起至1992年底实施以科室为单位的全员综合承包,取得了初步效果。全所开展的科研项目和技术工作项目明显增加,承包近3年开展的部级课题、基金课题、所级课题及技术工作项目分别占从1988至992年五年中的93.8%,78.6%,90%,78.8%。全所取得了一批科技成果,有5项科研成果通过部评审,10项横向技术工作项目通过国家或省、部级评审。全所经济效益逐年提高。通过综合承包,增强了全所科研活力和发展后劲,促进了科研机制转换。
From the fourth quarter of 1990 to the end of 1992, the Ministry of Railways’ Institute of Labor and Health implemented the comprehensive contracting of all employees as a unit and achieved initial results. The number of scientific research projects and technical work projects carried out by the institute have increased significantly. The ministerial projects, fund projects, research projects at the respective levels, and technical work projects undertaken in the past three years have accounted for 93.8% of the five years from 1988 to 992. 78 .6%, 90%, 78.8%. The institute has obtained a number of scientific and technological achievements. Five scientific research achievements have passed the ministry’s review, and 10 horizontal technical work projects have passed national, provincial or ministerial level review. The economic efficiency of the institute has increased year by year. Through comprehensive contracting, the Institute’s research dynamism and development stamina have been enhanced, and the transformation of scientific research mechanisms has been promoted.
