本文用超临CO_2(SFE-CO_2)流体从于姜中萃取(小试、中试)出姜油,对姜油进行GC-MS分析。实验结果表明,姜油含有49个成分,其中姜的特征成分姜辣素高达22.90％。SFE-CO_2法萃取姜油能保持生姜特有的风味和辣味,油质量显著提高,是姜油生产中的一种很有前途的新工艺。
In this paper, ginger oil was extracted from ginger (superficial and medium) by supercritical CO 2 (SFE-CO 2 ) fluid, and GC-MS analysis was performed on ginger oil. The experimental results show that ginger oil contains 49 components, of which the ginger gingerol is up to 22.90%. The extraction of ginger oil by SFE-CO2 method can maintain the unique flavor and spicy taste of ginger, and the quality of oil is significantly improved. It is a promising new process in the production of ginger oil.
