目的观察氯胺酮复合丙泊酚辅助硬膜外麻醉在小儿下肢手术中的麻醉效果。方法 36例进行下肢骨科手术的患儿给予氯胺酮复合丙泊酚辅助骶管麻醉,观察麻醉后术中及术后躁动、呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果氯胺酮复合丙泊酚辅助硬膜外麻醉患儿术中及术后躁动、呕吐等不良反应发生少。结论氯胺酮复合丙泊酚辅助硬膜外麻醉用于小儿下肢骨科手术效果满意,临床效果好。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of ketamine combined with propofol on epidural anesthesia in pediatric lower extremity surgery. Methods Thirty-six children undergoing lower extremity orthopedic surgery were given ketamine combined with propofol to assist the caudal anesthesia. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as agitation and vomiting after anesthesia was observed. Results Ketamine combined propofol-assisted epidural anesthesia in children with postoperative agitation, vomiting and other adverse reactions occur less. Conclusion Ketamine combined with propofol assisted epidural anesthesia in pediatric lower extremity orthopedic surgery satisfactory results, clinical effect is good.
