辐射育种,在大豆上已在国内外有所应用。但在贵州省未见报道。我们认为,贵州省大豆资源十分丰富,若在常规育种的基础上,开展辐射育种方面的研究,也许是一条有效的途径。为此,我们于1982年开始了此项研究。现将有关研究的初步结果简报如下。 一、材料和方法 (一)辐射育种选种试验(简称辐I) 本试验的目的主要是从辐射后代中筛选出丰产、优质、早熟的新品种。1982年参照有关资料,利用贵州省农科院物理所的钴源,对40个品种(本省的32个,外省的8个)的风干种子进行辐射处理。设4种辐射剂量
Radiation breeding, soybean has been applied at home and abroad. However, no reports have been reported in Guizhou Province. In our opinion, the soybean resources in Guizhou Province are very rich. If the research on radiation breeding is carried out on the basis of conventional breeding, it may be an effective way. To this end, we started the study in 1982. Now the preliminary results of the study briefed as follows. I. Materials and methods (I) Radiation breeding selection test (abbreviation I spoke) The purpose of this experiment is to screen out from the radiation progeny of high yield, high quality, precocious new varieties. In 1982, the dried seeds of 40 cultivars (32 in our province and 8 in other provinces) were radiated using the cobalt source of the Institute of Physics, Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, referring to the relevant data.
