文章以执行工作的实践为出发点,简要阐述当事人视角下的“执行难”是什么,论证人民法院破解当事人视角下“执行难”的方法,并提出笔者的建议。
Based on the practice of enforcement, this article briefly elaborates on what is “difficult to enforce” from the perspective of the parties and argues that the people’s court can not solve the “difficult implementation” under the perspective of the parties concerned and puts forward the author’s suggestions.
