本文报告二硝基氯苯(2.4-DNCB)丙酮液治疗青年扁平疣33例。 临床资科 33例中男17,女16。年龄18～40岁。皮损初发部位:颊部者13例,上眼睑7例,额部6例,手背5例,前臂2例。皮疹波及以颜面、手背及前臂伸侧为著,本文1例累及颏部。皮损特征:为米粒到黄豆大扁平隆起的丘疹,圆形,椭圆形或多角形,散在或密集排列,顶端光滑,质硬,肤色或淡褐色。本文12例有典型柯氏现象。多致患者无自觉症状,少数可有微痒或刺痛感。7例患者于治疗前进行了淋巴结转
This article reports dinitrochlorobenzene (2.4-DNCB) acetone solution treatment of young flat wart in 33 cases. 33 cases of clinical information in the male 17, female 16. Age 18 to 40 years old. Lesions primary site: cheek in 13 cases, upper eyelid in 7 cases, 6 cases of forehead, back in 5 cases, forearm in 2 cases. Rash spread to the face, back of the hand and forearm extensor, this article 1 cases involving the chin. Lesions: Paprika, round, oval or polygamous, scattered or densely arranged, smooth top, hard, complexion or light brown in the shape of a large flat bulge from rice to soybeans. This article 12 cases have a typical Koch’s phenomenon. More patients without symptoms, few may have itchy or tingling. Seven patients had lymph node metastasis before treatment
