1.故障现象我们在调试某新型20m伸缩臂桥梁检测车时,发现伸缩臂从水平状态向下下降时,最初下降速度较快,继而下降速度变慢,且产生低频大幅度上、下抖动,造成下降动作无法平顺运行。检查其他执行机构动作正常,由此说明液压泵没有问题。排查该系统相关管路没有接错,初步判断是伸缩臂变幅控制回路设计有问题。2.变幅回路组成及原理(1)组成该桥梁检测车伸缩臂变幅控制回路主要由液压油箱1、定量泵2、电磁卸荷阀3、溢流阀5、电磁换向阀4、液控单向阀6、单向节流阀7、伸缩缸8等组成,如图1所示。
