以阳极氧化法制备的双层多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)为模板,采用旋涂的方法,制备了双层聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)纳米柱阵列。以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂添加PMMA固体颗粒,溶解得到PMMA/DMF高聚物溶液,讨论了PMMA∶DMF的质量配比分别为1∶9、1∶6、1∶4时制备的双层PMMA纳米柱阵列的生成情况。结果显示:PMMA∶DMF的质量配比为1∶6时制得的双层PMMA纳米柱阵列质量最好,纳米柱阵列排列整齐,无明显粘连,黏度值为154.64MPa·s;PMMA∶DMF质量配比为1∶9和1∶4时制得的纳米柱阵列粘连严重。采用模板/旋涂法制备的具有大比表面积的PMMA纳米柱阵列可以用于生物传感器、超疏水材料的制备等,有广阔的应用前景。
A two-layer polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) nano-column array was prepared by using the double-layer porous anodic aluminum oxide (PAA) prepared by the anodic oxidation method as the template. PMMA solid particles were added with dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent and dissolved to obtain PMMA / DMF polymer solution. The mass ratio of PMMA to DMF was 1: 9, 1: 6 and 1: 4 respectively Of the double PMMA nano-column array generation.
