杜鹃素是自我国东北地区植物满山红(Rhododendron Dauricum L.)叶子中提出的有效祛痰成分之一,其结构已经测定为5,7,4′-三羟基-6,8-二甲基双氢黄酮(Ⅷ)。为了进一步扩大临床试用,我们对杜鹃素进行了人工全合成的研究。临床结果表明,合成品与天然品疗效相同。部分病例曾与必消痰(bisolvon)进行对比观察(杜鹃素日服150毫克,必消痰日服36毫克),二者疗效相仿。个别病人对必消痰无效者,口服杜鹃素仍有效(亦有相反的情况)。动物实验表明,杜鹃素促进呼吸道排泌酚红作用超过必消痰,但用气管引流法时,后者作用较强。多次给药后,杜鹃素使动物呼吸道排出的蛋白量减少,而必消痰的作用不明显。因此初步认为,二者作用性质不同,杜鹃素是具有一定特点的新祛痰药。
Farrerol is one of the effective expectorant compositions proposed from the leaves of Rhododendron Dauricum L. in the northeast of our country and its structure has been determined to be 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl Flavanone (Ⅷ). In order to further expand the clinical trial, we conducted the research on farrerol by artificial total synthesis. Clinical results show that the same efficacy of synthetic and natural products. In some cases, it was compared with bisolvon (cucumelazine 150 mg daily, sputum phlegm daily 36 mg), and the curative effect was similar. Individual patients will ineffective Phlegm, oral rhein is still valid (the opposite case). Animal experiments show that farrerol promote respiratory output of phenol red over Phimix, but the tracheal drainage method, the latter a strong role. After repeated administration, farrerol causes the amount of protein excreted by the animal’s respiratory tract to decrease, and the effect of eliminating phlegm is not obvious. Therefore, it is preliminarily thought that the two are different in nature, and farrerol is a new expectorant with certain characteristics.
