目的:筛选补肾活血颗粒的干燥及成型条件。方法:以干燥时间、得膏率、得率、水分以及外观性状考察颗粒剂的干燥条件;通过辅料用量和种类、润湿剂浓度和用量初筛后,以吸湿率、成型率、溶化性以及休止角等为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察辅料与浸膏的比例、润湿剂的浓度和用量,优选补肾活血颗粒的成型工艺。结果:补肾活血颗粒水提部分的最佳干燥工艺:真空度0.09 MPa,60℃,干燥36 h;醇提部分最佳干燥工艺:真空度0.09 MPa,50℃,干燥48 h。最佳成型工艺:麦芽糊精与辅料的比例2∶1,润湿剂乙醇的浓度为90%,用量为15%。结论:干燥及成型工艺合理可行、稳定,为补肾活血颗粒的大生产提供参考。
Objective: To screen the conditions for the preparation of Bushen Huoxue Granules. Methods: The drying conditions of granule were investigated by the drying time, the obtained cream rate, the yield, the moisture content and the appearance properties. After the initial concentration of the adjuvant, the wetting agent concentration and the dosage, Angle of repose, etc. as evaluation index. The orthogonal experiment of L9 (34) was used to investigate the ratio of excipient and extract, the concentration and dosage of wetting agent, and the molding process of Bushen Huoxue Granule was optimized. Results: The optimal drying process of Bushen Huoxue granule was as follows: the degree of vacuum 0.09 MPa, 60 ℃, drying 36 h; the best drying process of alcohol extraction: vacuum 0.09 MPa, 50 ℃, drying 48 h. The best molding process: maltodextrin and accessories ratio of 2: 1, wetting agent ethanol concentration of 90%, the amount of 15%. Conclusion: The drying and forming process is reasonable and feasible, and provides a reference for the mass production of Bushen Huoxue Granules.
