(66)委秘字61号一九六六年四月二十七日市人委同意市动员青年办公室“关于劳动后备讲习所目前活动情况的报告”中提出的整顿和提高的意见,现转发给你们,希即研究执行。劳动后备讲习所是为工农业生产培养和输送有社会主义觉悟、有文化、有一定生产技术技能的劳动后备力量的良好组织形式,也是我们和阶级敌人争夺青年一代的重要阵地。因此,各区应将办好劳动后备讲习所作为街道的一项重要工作,继续以阶级斗争为纲,突出政治,狠抓毛主席著作的学习,以进一步巩固成绩,克服缺点,不断总结经验,不断提高,更好地把这项工作广泛地开展起来。
