搞好承揽工程项目是企业经济效益的支柱,如何使这一支柱稳固并使其支撑力不断增强,关键靠以人为本的管理,同时与项目的管理机制也不无关系,因此要做好以下几项工作:建立完善竞争机制,选好项目经理及班子;完善项目经理激励机制,激发和调动其积极性;加强对工程项目的指导,保证项目有序地进行;完善财务监督体系,确保项目财务目标的实现;搞好承揽项目,更应完善项目内部管理机制。
