本文从历时的角度和共时的角度出发,试图阐述中国当代法律教育的特点及其局限性并尝试性的提出解决目前中国法学教育困境的部分措施。
From the diachronic and synchronic perspectives, this article attempts to elaborate the characteristics and limitations of contemporary legal education in China and tentatively put forward some measures to solve the current dilemma of legal education in China.
