安全文化是煤矿企业的灵魂,基于互惠性偏好的安全文化能够弥补传统安全文化的不足,为人本管理思想开辟出一条可行的路径。矿主通过互惠性的安全文化策略,不仅能够有效地改进煤矿企业的安全生产环境,同时也可以通过员工的互惠性回报而提高自身的收益。互惠性安全文化在我国煤炭企业的实施将是一个曲折的过程,但对创建和谐的煤矿生产环境具有重要的现实意义。
Safety culture is the soul of coal mining enterprises. Safety culture based on the preference of reciprocity can make up for the shortage of traditional safety culture and open up a feasible path for people-oriented management thinking. Through the mutual safety culture strategy, miners not only can effectively improve the safe production environment of coal mines, but also can enhance their own returns through the reciprocity return of employees. Reciprocal safety culture in China’s coal business implementation will be a tortuous process, but to create a harmonious coal production environment has important practical significance.
