This, or “Haifu Kang ” has just taken a step. “Hai-Fang-Kang” came out of the Institute of Science and Technology and “Hai-Fang-Kang” was the result of the collaborative research of Prof. Lou Baocheng and other researchers from the Institute of Biomaterials of Qingdao University. In the late 1970s, Prof. Lou Baocheng from Qingdao Ocean University began the study of Hai Feikang. At this point, the international biotechnology has become a culmination of the situation, and China, which has just experienced a decade of “cultural revolution” of the scientific community, from a slightly open country to the outside, a sense of national responsibility will rise. After ten years, the “Haifukang” developed by Prof. Lou finally succeeded and he applied for national patent technology. In order to commercialize the results as soon as possible, the State Science and Technology Commission, the Education Commission, and the Shandong Provincial Government
