4米~3挖掘机斗杆,是由四块钢板组成的箱形结构,全长7.052米,截面尺寸见图1。过去,斗杆的生产工艺是由加工车间刨削止口、坡口,然后再转入铆焊车间进行组对,焊接。焊后再经热处理,最后才转入加工车间进行机械加工至成品。在向四化进军中,我们对4米~3挖掘机斗杆的生产工艺进行了大胆的改革,将斗杆坡口结构形式改为如图2所示的结构形状;同时采用了先进的超音速自动精密切割;Co_2气体保护自动焊等。
