为了适应建设有中国特色的社会主义市场经济,应建立有中国特色的公共财政体系,并实施积极的财政政策。本文分析了在公共财政框架下实施积极财政政策的必要性,并指出了保持中央政府投资能力的重要性。
In order to adapt to building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, a public financial system with Chinese characteristics should be established and an active fiscal policy should be implemented. This article analyzes the necessity of implementing a proactive fiscal policy in the framework of public finance and points out the importance of maintaining the capacity of the central government to invest.
