随着我国社会的进步和发展,人均物质生活水平显著提高,相应的汽车保有量也在持续增长,对于汽车设计和制造提出了更高的要求。尤其是在汽车发动机设计和制造中,作为汽车的动力装置,其设计和制造好坏直接影响到汽车整体质量,严重情况下可能危及到汽车驾驶人员的生命财产安全。就以往汽车发动机设计和制造现状来看,其中仍然存在一系列缺陷和不足,加之在使用周期中,发动机可能受到多种客观因素影响出现不同故障问题,故障率持续增加。故此,如何能够有效避免汽车发动机故障缺陷问题,成为当前汽车制造厂商首要待解决问题。由此,本文主要就汽车发动机的常见设计和制造缺陷进行分析,结合实际情况,提出合理的应对措施。
With the progress and development of our society, the material living standard per capita has risen significantly, and the corresponding car ownership has also continued to grow, putting higher demands on the design and manufacture of automobiles. Especially in the design and manufacture of automobile engine, the design and manufacture of a motor vehicle as a power plant directly affects the overall quality of the automobile, which may endanger the lives and property of drivers in serious cases. In the past, the current design and manufacture of automobile engines are still in a series of defects and shortcomings. In addition, the engines may suffer from various failure problems due to many objective factors in the usage cycle, and the failure rate continues to increase. Therefore, how to effectively avoid the problem of automobile engine fault defects has become the primary problem to be solved by current automobile manufacturers. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the common design and manufacturing defects of automobile engine, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures according to the actual situation.
