磷化锌为无机磷制剂，是农村广泛使用的灭鼠药，对人、畜均有较大的毒害作用。猫发生磷化锌中毒的主要原因是误食灭鼠毒饵、被磷化锌污染的食料以及毒死（伤）鼠所引起。现将笔者2003—2006年用仙人掌治疗10例猫磷化锌中毒案例介绍如下。
