在珍珠岩中培育辐射松实生苗,从种子开始到生长过程中施五种剂量的氮肥:100、20、5、0.5PPm和对照.不管是提高生长率或是改变实生苗干物质的分布,施氮量都必须在0.5PPm以上。增加氮的剂量结果:①根颈与高的比率增大;②枝条数增多;③枝条重与茎重的比率增大;④地上部分与根重的比率增大。用20PPm氮,5PPm氮和0.5PPm氮处理的实生苗枝和根的氮含量都很相近似。
Radiation pine seedlings were cultured in perlite, and five doses of nitrogen fertilizer were applied at the beginning of the seed to the growth stage: 100, 20, 5, and 0.5 ppm, respectively.Whether increasing the growth rate or changing the distribution of dry matter of seedlings, Nitrogen rate must be above 0.5PPm. Increasing the nitrogen dose results: ①The ratio of root neck to high increased; ②The number of branches increased; ③The ratio of shoot weight to stem weight increased; ④The ratio of shoot to root increased. Nitrogen content of seedling shoots and roots treated with 20 ppm nitrogen, 5 ppm nitrogen and 0.5 ppm nitrogen was similar.
