目的探讨四黄灌洗液临床用药的安全性。方法采用急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性及粘膜刺激性试验说明药物的安全性。结果给动物灌喂四黄灌洗液,总药量达168g/kg,未出现明显毒副反应;四黄灌洗液对动物完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无刺激性;用四黄灌洗液滴鼻后,动物鼻粘膜未见充血、水肿、结痂等。结论四黄灌洗液毒性甚小,可供临床使用。
Objective To investigate the safety of clinical use of huanghuang lavage fluid. Methods The acute toxicity test, skin irritation and mucosal irritation test were used to demonstrate the safety of the drug. Results The animals were administrated with huanghuang lavage fluid with a total dose of 168g/kg without obvious adverse reactions. The huanghuang lavage fluid was not irritating to the intact skin and damaged skin of the animals; After the nose, there was no congestion, edema, and scarring of the animals’ nasal mucosa. Conclusion The four yellow lavage fluid is very toxic and can be used clinically.
