为了推动激光热处理的科研工作,论证和组织落实有关课题任务,国家科委基础研究与新技术局于1983年4月24日至29日,在武汉召开了“全国激光热处理技术交流与攻关课题论证会”。来自全国各地69个单位90名正式代表、17名列席代表出席了这次会议,其中有从事激光器研制和激光热处理工艺研究工作的教授、专家和技术人员;有使用和生产单位以及有关部委、中国科学院和部分省市科委的代表。
