当城市进入汽车时代,广电人敏锐地捕捉到城市变化的新特点对于广播发展的新意义。于是“都市之声广播”承载了城市生活品质的含义,又在媒体优化的形式下,开出了声音奇葩。精准定位,紧随潮流城市进入汽车时代。就大连而言,机动车保有量已经达到百万余辆,而且还以每年15%—20%的速度在增长。在如此数量的机动车中,半数以上是私家车。这么庞大的车上人群,是广播媒介最好的推动者。而人们生活在信息时代,坐在车上的人群,同样需要信息和资讯,需要生活导购,需要娱乐音乐,需要路况信息,需要居家旅游,等等,这个庞大人群的需求,就是“汽车生活广播”诞生和成长的土壤。
