2~3岁托班的孩子缺乏参与集体活动的经验,只有对活动形式与材料产生浓厚兴趣时,才会有积极参与的欲望。因此,在组织托班活动中,我们从激发兴趣入手,重在教育过程中全体孩子的主动参与。根据托班孩子的年龄特点和教育目标,我们设计了“语言交往能力”、“独立性培养”、“规则意识培养”、“友爱教育”、“动作发展”等方面的教育内容。形式上以游戏为主,少量的是集体活动,大量的是分散的小组或个别活动。一、集体活动每天两次集体活动,每次时间5~10分钟。
