晨练时间适当夏天天亮比较早,很多有晨练习惯的人都是天一亮就出门锻炼。事实上,早晨太阳出来之前,空气中的二氧化碳浓度较高,难以呼吸到新鲜氧气。另外,经过夜间睡眠,早晨人体的血液黏度比较大,流动不畅,再加上天热,身体内的水分蒸发较多,过早进行晨练,容易导致心血管疾病。因此,习惯晨练的人夏天可以起得比冬天稍稍早一点,但不能太早,以免影响正常睡眠时间。其实想锻炼身体也不一定非在早上,最好根据自身的习惯和体质选择适合自己的锻炼时间,比如傍晚天气凉爽的时候。
