Intersil Corporation announces the ISL59534, a new 32 × 16 video crosspoint switch that incorporates a DC-recovery clamp on each video input to eliminate black level ripple and provide with fewer external components Balanced composite video. DC-Recovery Clamps Offset composite (NTSC and PAL) video by automatically adjusting the DC level of the negative end of the video to V_ (REF). This feature is disabled by the user through a SPI / QSPITM compatible 3-wire serial interface for S-Vjdeo and composite video applications.
