自住房改革以来,直管公房使用权的交易已经有了明确的法律规制。但自管公房使用权交易至今仍然处于边缘化的状态,没有明确的法律定性因此导致了一系列法律问题,本文围绕自管公房使用权转让合同的效力进行阐述,从其产生、变革、现状入手,对比分析各种理论争议结合具体案件最终提出自己的见解,找到相应的法律依据。
Since the housing reform, the right to use straight-line public housing transactions have been clearly defined by law.
