为研究木樨科植物素馨干燥花蕾的抗HBV活性化学成分,通过硅胶、聚酰胺、大孔树脂、SephadexLH-20、HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化学结构,从素馨花70%乙醇提取物的抗HBV活性部位中分离得到6个环烯醚萜苷类化合物,分别鉴定为素馨花苷B(1)、6-O-甲基梓醇(2)、去乙酰车叶草酸(3)、桃叶珊瑚苷(4)、8-去羟基-山栀子苷(5)和马钱子苷(6)。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~6为首次从本植物中分离得到。
