本文对老年性白内障常现上方角膜缘切口现代囊外摘出联合囊袋内后房型人工晶状体植入术103眼术后角膜散光的自然变化及视力恢复进行了观察。结果表明：患眼术后循规性散光逐渐减小，半年后趋于稳定，术后1．5年基本上恢复角膜生理性散光状态。视力的恢复与角膜散光状态的改变吴同步趋势。
In this paper, we observed the natural changes of corneal astigmatism and visual acuity after phacoemulsification combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in the senile cataract with the limbus incision. The results showed that the compliance of astigmatism decreased gradually after operation and tended to be stable after six months. The physiological astigmatism condition basically recovered after 1.5 years. Vision recovery and changes in corneal astigmatism Wu synchronous trend.
