为了解尾叶桉×邓恩桉杂种的生长和耐寒性遗传参数,以6株尾叶桉(母本)与7株邓恩桉(父本)杂交的析因交配群体为材料,进行了8月生耐寒性指数(C8)和20月生树高(H20)及胸径(D20)的遗传分析。结果表明:就3个性状表现看,母本、父本和母父本互作的方差分量均不显著。其中,母父本互作是耐寒性的主要来源,母本和母父本互作对生长均有贡献,母本对生长的贡献相对较大。C8、H20和D20的狭义遗传力分别为0、0.29和0.22,表明耐寒性基本不受加性基因控制,生长受中等程度的遗传控制。除H20与D20之间表型相关达0.05显著水平外,性状间其余表型相关和加性遗传相关均不显著。母本一般配合力与其一般杂交力的相关不显著,表明亲本一般配合力对其一般杂交力的预测性较差。此外,还评估了超母本的杂种优势。尾叶桉×邓恩桉杂种生长和耐寒性的遗传力均较低,速生耐寒育种宜以杂种和杂种单株选择为主。
In order to understand the genetic parameters of growth and cold tolerance of hybrids of Eucalyptus urophylla × Dundee eucalyptus, the genetic compatibility population of 6 Eucalyptus urophylla (female parent) and 7 Dunn (male parent) Genetic analysis of index (C8) and 20-month-old tree height (H20) and DBH (D20). The results showed that there was no significant variance in the variance of parent-paternal and paternal-maternal interaction for the three traits. The narrow heritabilities of C8, H20 and D20 were 0, 0.29 and 0.22, respectively, indicating that cold tolerance was not controlled by additive genes and growth was moderately controlled. Except for the significant phenotypic correlation between H20 and D20 at 0.05 level, the correlation between the other phenotypes and additive genetic correlation was not significant. The correlation between the general combining ability of the female parent and its general hybrid force was not significant, indicating that the parent general combining ability had poor predictability for its general hybrid vigor. In addition, the superbamy heterosis was evaluated. Eucalyptus urophylla × Dundee hybrids growth and cold tolerance of the heritability are low, fast-growing cold-resistant breeding should be based on hybrids and hybrids based.
