不同于传统的融资方式只为企业提供资金,风险投资向企业注入资金后,还会参与企业的管理和决策,从而影响企业的治理结构。高新技术企业属于高风险企业,风险投资对于高新技术企业的发展有着重要的影响。通过分析风险资本投资后管理的两种表现形式对高新技术企业治理结构中三个主要方面影响的作用机理,提出了分析框架及研究命题。
Different from the traditional way of financing only provide funds for enterprises, venture capital injected into the enterprise, but also participate in the management and decision-making, thus affecting the corporate governance structure. High-tech enterprises are high-risk enterprises. Venture capital plays an important role in the development of high-tech enterprises. By analyzing the mechanism of the influence of the two forms of management after venture capital investment on the impact of the three main aspects of the governance structure of high-tech enterprises, the paper puts forward the analytical framework and the research proposition.
