在观测了中华鳖输卵管形态特征的基础上,应用免疫组织化学反应技术研究雄激素受体(AR)在中华鳖输卵管中的分布特点。结果显示,中华鳖输卵管组织存在一定的季节性变化,生殖季节输卵管上皮增厚,腺体肥大,分泌活动增强;而在非繁殖季节,上皮相对较薄,腺体处于收缩状态。AR免疫阳性细胞在输卵管蛋白分泌部、峡部、子宫部各段均有分布。阳性AR分布于输卵管黏膜上皮细胞游离面(腔面)、固有膜腺体以及储精小管上皮中。生殖季节AR反应强阳性,而在非繁殖季节AR反应较弱。中华鳖精子储存在输卵管的蛋白分泌部后部到子宫部,AR在这些区段的分布及其季节性变化的结果提示,雄激素受体可能参与输卵管精子储存部位特殊微环境的稳定,进而与精子储存有关。
On the basis of observing the morphological characteristics of oviducts in soft-shelled turtle, the distribution characteristics of androgen receptor (AR) in oviduct of soft-shelled turtle were studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there was a seasonal change in oviduct tissue in turtle turtle, tubal epithelial thickening in reproductive season, gland hypertrophy, secretion activity increased; in the non-breeding season, the epithelium is relatively thin, glands in a contracted state. AR-positive cells in the tubal protein secretion, isthmic, uterine parts of each segment are distributed. Positive AR distribution in the fallopian tube mucosal epithelial cells free surface (cavity surface), the intrinsic membrane glands and the seminiferous tubule epithelium. The AR response was strongly positive in the reproductive season, while the AR response was weak in the non-breeding season. Juvenile soft-shelled turtle sperm stored in the tubal secretion of the Ministry of the rear to the uterus, AR in these sections of the distribution and the seasonal changes in the results suggest that the androgen receptor may be involved in the storage of oviduct sperm specific microenvironment stability, and Sperm storage related.
