1985年1月31日上午,在天津内燃机研究所召开了天津市内燃机学会咨询与编辑委员会第一次会议。会议由该委员会主任赵奎翰同志主持,参加会议的副主任和委员共17人。会议主要讨论研究编辑和咨询两项工作。关于编辑工作,首先听取了徐荣达同志关于《小型内燃机》编辑部的工作汇报,重点谈了该杂志的创刊、发展和目前的现状以及办刊的一些体会。 On the morning of January 31, 1985, the first meeting of the Consultation and Editorial Committee of the Tianjin Institute of Internal Combustion Engines was held at the Tianjin Institute of Internal Combustion Engines. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zhao Kuihan, the director of the committee. There were 17 deputy directors and members participating in the conference. The meeting mainly discussed research editing and consulting. Regarding editorial work, he first listened to Comrade Xu Rongda’s work report on the editorial department of “Small Internal Combustion Engine”, and focused on the journal’s inception, development, current status, and some experiences in running the journal.
