在无补偿直流牵引电动机中,通常采用主极极弧为圆弧的扩张气隙来改善换向器电位特性。本文从双段偏心圆弧组成的主极极弧出发提出一套计算公式,从而可以得到大量较理想的气隙供设计者选择。目前广泛采用的偏心气隙只不过是其中的特例,且非最佳气隙。此外,本文还提出一个与传统的设计方向相反的设计程序和方法,即根据预先给定的电位特性设计气隙,从而可以获得更理想的气隙。
In uncompensated DC traction motors, the extended air gap of the main pole arc is usually used to improve the potential characteristics of the commutator. In this paper, a set of calculation formulas are proposed starting from the main polar arc consisting of two-stage eccentric arcs, so that a large number of more ideal air gaps can be obtained for designers to choose. The widely used eccentric air gap is only one of the special cases, and not the best air gap. In addition, this paper also presents a design procedure and method that is contrary to the traditional design direction, that is, the air gap is designed according to the predetermined potential characteristic to obtain a more ideal air gap.
