经过三十多年的改革和发展,我国的高等教育完成了“精英化”教育向“大众化”教育转变的阶段。高等教育向纵深发展,在近几年的改革和发展中,高职高专院校遇到了前所未有的挑战。报名、招生数量呈现下降趋势;多种招生形式的出现,学生年龄拉开了距离;学生素质呈现下降趋势;在残酷的现实面前,就必须强化高职高专院校的深层次改革,特别是教学体系的改革,建立符合市场需求的人才培养方案,将原来学科体系下的教学大纲修订为课程标准,采取现代化教学形式,培养高端技术技能型人才,为现代化经济建设服务,推动我国经济高质量发展。
