目的:通过正交试验,优选干姜挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法,考察干姜药材的浸泡时间(A)、粉碎粒度(B)、加水量(C)、提取时间(D)对挥发油得率的影响。结果:因素相关性为RC>RD>RA>RB,药材的加水量(C)为主要因素,煎煮时间(D)为次要因素。提取的最佳工艺条件为浸泡时间3 h,粉碎粒度30目,加12倍量水,提取时间为10 h。结论:优选得到的干姜挥发油的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from dried ginger by orthogonal experiment. Methods: The effects of soaking time (A), grind size (B), water addition (C), extraction time (D) on the yield of volatile oil were investigated by steam distillation. Results: The correlations of factors were RC> RD> RA> RB, and the amount of water added (C) was the main factor. The decocting time (D) was the secondary factor. The optimum extraction conditions for the soaking time 3 h, crushed size 30 mesh, plus 12 times the amount of water, extraction time was 10 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technology of volatile oil from dried ginger is simple, stable and feasible.
