合金成份、熔炼工艺和热处理规范对АЛ5和АЛ9铝合金铸件的性能和组织有影响。研究工作说明,钛能提高合金的机械性能,铁则降低合金机械性能。加入0.08~0.15%Ti是最理想的,含量过高则在合金的组织中会产生粗大的金属间化合物Al_3Ti。适当的钛含量能使合金强度σ_b提高2~3公斤/毫米~2,延伸率提高1.5~2.5%,见表1。铁含量应严加控制,生产上允许不大于0.3%。我们对含钛0.11~0.12%,含铁0.3%的АЛ5和АЛ9铝合金进行了研究,并命名为
Alloy composition, melting process and heat treatment specifications affect the properties and microstructure of АЛ5 and АЛ9 aluminum alloy castings. Research shows that titanium can improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, while the iron reduces the mechanical properties of the alloy. Addition of 0.08-0.15% Ti is the most ideal. If the content is too high, coarse intermetallic compound Al_3Ti will be formed in the alloy structure.
