1.本文报导银耳制剂对猴急性放射病的防治作用。用15mg/kg 体重×3肌注预防或治疗给药,均能使600Rad~(60)Coγ—射线全身照射的猕猴提高死亡动物平均存活天数,减轻放射损伤症状,提高30天存活率,预防给药优于治疗给药。2.本文也说明银耳制剂对致死量~(60)Coγ—射线诱发的大白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变有防护作用,防护组的畸变细胞百分率和染色体断裂数/细胞,分别比未防护组降低了31.7%和32.4%,显示银耳制剂有辐射细胞遗传学上的防护效果。
1. This article reports the preventive and therapeutic effects of Tremella fuciformis on acute radiation sickness in monkeys. The use of 15 mg/kg body weight×3 intramuscular injection to prevent or treat the drug can all increase the mean number of days of survival of the dead animals, reduce the radiation damage symptoms, and increase the 30-day survival rate of the macaque monkeys irradiated with 600Rad~(60)Coγ-rays. Drugs are superior to therapeutic administration. 2. This article also shows that Tremella fuciformis preparations have a protective effect on the chromosomal aberrations of bone marrow cells induced by ~(60)Coγ-rays in lethal doses. The percentage of aberrant cells and chromosome breaks/cells in the protective group is lower than the unprotected group by 31.7. % and 32.4% showed that the Tremella fuciformis has cytogenetic protective effect on radiation cells.
