用卟啉化合物作为显色剂进行痕量铜的吸光光度测定已有很多报导,这类化合物是目前测定铜的灵敏度最高的一类试剂(表1)。我们曾对meso-四-(对羟基苯)卟啉(T-4-HPP)与铜离子的反应进行研究,在1,10-二氮菲存在下反应的适宜酸度为pH9.9~10.1,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为5×10~5。惜乎此反应速度很慢,需在室温放置30分钟才到达到平衡。我们又对T-4-HPP与铜离子在盐酸羟胺存在下的反应进行试验,发现在所选择的条件下反应具有极高的灵敏度,表观摩尔吸光系数达3.18×10~6。
The use of porphyrin compounds as a chromogenic reagent for the determination of trace copper absorbance has been reported that these compounds are the most sensitive reagents for the determination of copper (Table 1). We have studied the reaction of meso-tetrakis- (p-hydroxybenzene) porphyrin (T-4-HPP) with copper ions and the suitable acidity for the reaction in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline is from pH9.9 to 10.1, The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 5 × 10 ~ 5. Unfortunately, this reaction is slow, need to be placed at room temperature for 30 minutes before reaching equilibrium. We also tested the reaction of T-4-HPP with copper ions in the presence of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and found that the reaction had very high sensitivity under the chosen conditions with an apparent molar absorptivity of 3.18 × 10 -6.
