目的：探讨晶状体异物摘出及白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的经验体会。方法：外伤性白内障晶体异物共6例，均在撕囊和水分离后直接夹出异物或用电磁铁吸出异物，植入PMMA5．5mm人工晶状体。结果：6例手术均顺利成功。术后第1天视力均达0．3以上，随访1－6月均达0．5以上，手术主要并发症为角膜内皮水肿和虹膜睫状体炎。结论：晶状体异物摘出及白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术具有视力恢复快，双眼单视减少屈光参差，术后反应轻，减少患者二次手术心理负担及重复手术的痛苦，值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the experience of foreign body extraction and cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Traumatic cataract crystal foreign body in a total of 6 cases, both in the capsulorhexis and water directly after the separation of foreign body or electromagnet sucked foreign body implantation PMMA5.5mm intraocular lens. Results: All 6 cases were successful. Visual acuity was above 0.3 on the first day after operation, and all of them reached more than 0.5 during the follow-up from January to June. The major complications of surgery were corneal endothelial edema and iridocyclitis. Conclusions: Foreign body extracapsular lens extraction combined with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation has the advantages of rapid visual recovery, reduced binocular anisometropia with binocular single vision, less postoperative reaction, reduced psychological burden of secondary surgery and repeated operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion .
