在产品和过程开发时 ,按照“QS-90 0 0质量体系要求”中所述必须进行产品质量先期策划和遵守生产件批准程序。而产品质量先期策划要点之一是建立由各功能部门人员组成的一个小组 ,在组内按同步工程的原则来开展产品和过程的开发工作。本文想就此题展开一些讨论。1 何谓同步
