文冠果为无患子科植物,中国民间用其果实及树皮治疗关节炎小儿夜尿症。关于化学成分,已报导含有 Miricitrin,frax oside,Xanthocerassaponin 及脂肪油。此次研究的目的是弄清文冠果果实的化学成分。在中国内蒙采集的文冠果果实,按实验部分的方法进行分离、精制,分得化合物1、2及3,并进行结构测定。化合物1是由甲醇析出淡褐色的三棱形晶体,熔点200~203℃。在核磁共振碳谱(CMR)观察到115.9~151.5PPm 6个芳香环碳的信号,根据其中具有3个双峰,证明存在有三个取代基的苯骨架。再从核磁共振氢谱(PMR)δ6.82~7,50ppm 峰,提示有特征的1、3、4一三取代苯环的结构。
Xanthoceras sorbifolia is a plant of Sapindaceae. Chinese folk use its fruit and bark to treat arthritis in children with nocturia. Regarding chemical composition, Miricitrin, frax oside, Xanthocerassaponin and fatty oil have been reported. The purpose of this study was to clarify the chemical composition of the fruit of Xanthoceras sorbifolia. The fruit of Xanthoceras sorbifolia collected in China and Mongolia was isolated and refined according to the experimental method. Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were obtained and the structure was determined. Compound 1 is a pale-brown, prismatic crystal precipitated from methanol and has a melting point of 200 to 203°C. The signal of 115.9-151.5PPm 6 aromatic ring carbons was observed on the CMR spectrum. According to the three double peaks, there was a benzene skeleton with three substituents. From the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (PMR) δ 6.82 ~ 7,50 ppm peak, suggesting a characteristic structure of 1,3,4 trisubstituted benzene ring.
