设计合成两条端基为胺基修饰的互补的DNA单链D1和D2分别与3-氯水杨醛和5-氯水杨醛反应,成功得到2种DNA-席夫碱单链化合物S1、S2,利用DNA-席夫碱单链间的配对作用,合成得到1种DNA-不对称席夫碱化合物L1。相关席夫碱化合物分别与Cd(II)、Cu(II)、自组装,得到2种不对称的席夫碱配合物Cd2(L1)(en)2Cl2(1)与Cu2(L1)(en)2Cl2(2)。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱对反应进程进行监测,通过凝胶电泳技术对DNA-席夫碱单链化合物、DNA-不对称席夫碱化合物进行分离和表征,并对所得席夫碱以及相应配合物的荧光性质进行了研究。
Two complementary single-stranded DNA D1 and D2 modified by amine groups were designed and synthesized, respectively, and reacted with 3-chlorosalicylaldehyde and 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde to obtain two DNA-Schiff-base single chain compounds S1, S2, a DNA-asymmetric Schiff base compound L1 was synthesized using the pairing between single-strand DNA-Schiff base strands. The two Schiff base complexes Cd2 (L1) (en) 2Cl2 (1) and Cu2 (L1) (en) were obtained by self - assembly of Cd (II) and Cu 2Cl2 (2). The progress of the reaction was monitored by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The DNA-Schiff-base single chain compound and DNA-asymmetric Schiff base compound were isolated and characterized by gel electrophoresis.
