目的:探讨高校武术队套路专项体能训练负荷的生化评定方法;方法:以高校武术队套路运动员为试验对象,指标为血乳酸(BLA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)和血红蛋白(Hb),测定并分析6次专项体能训练负荷时的基础值、训练值和恢复值,结合运动员的训练表现,评定运动负荷;结果:各指标的基础值均在正常范围内,除Hb外,训练值明显高于基础值(P<0.05),BLA、CK和BUN均有恢复值高于基础值(P<0.05)的情况出现;结论:在高校套路专项体能训练中,当BLA和CK同时未完全恢复时,强度过大;当CK未完全恢复时,可能强度过大,应密切观察;当BUN的恢复值高于5 mmol/L时,可适当调整运动量,避免过度训练。
Objective: To explore the biochemical assessment of physical training load of Routine Wushu Routine in colleges and universities. Methods: The Wushu Routine athletes of colleges and universities were selected as test subjects. The indexes were BLA, BUN and BUN, (Hb). The baseline value, training value and recovery value of six special physical training loads were measured and analyzed. The exercise load was evaluated according to the training performance of athletes. Results: The basic values of each index were within the normal range except Hb (P <0.05). The values of BLA, CK and BUN were all higher than the baseline values (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the special physical training of college students, when BLA and CK When not fully recovered, the intensity is too large; when CK is not fully recovered, the intensity may be too large and should be closely observed. When the recovery value of BUN is higher than 5 mmol / L, exercise may be appropriately adjusted to avoid over-training.
