文章对热量传递的三种方式进行了分析,找出了对每种方式影响散热的因素,并对新型热管散热的原理进行了探讨,给出了用热管设计IC散热器的原理和思路。
The article analyzes the three ways of heat transfer, finds out the factors that affect the heat dissipation for each mode, and explores the principle of the new heat pipe cooling. The principle and idea of using the heat pipe to design the IC heat sink are given.
