恶性肿瘤的化疗在手术为主的综合治疗中占有重要地位,但化疗的最大缺点是没有特异性。近来来的研究表明,同一种肿瘤的不同个体对同种化疗药的敏感性不尽相同[1],故导致临床治疗效果不同。90年代以来,国内外学者纷纷用MTT法检测实体。瘤原代肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,并报道其结果与其指导的临床用药疗效有很好的相关性。同时也发现有以下几种情况不能进行MTT药敏检测:①失去手术机会的晚期癌症患者;②当病灶很小时,不能取材,否则影响病理结果;③直肠癌病人原发灶肠道菌污染严重,成功率很低;④外院手术后来化疗的患者已经没有原发灶做标本;⑤术前化疗的病人。因此急需寻找一种能替代癌细胞的
