为了对铁路线路的几何偏差进行检测和数据采集,给出了基于双轴加速度传感器ADXL210来设计铁路线路冲击状况检测系统的设计方法,同时给出了系统组成、工作原理以及系统的硬件电路。此外,该检测系统还可与上位机进行通讯,并将采样数据存储在上位机文件中,以便于数据的查询和分析,从而给铁路线路的长期正常运行和检查带来很大方便。
In order to detect and collect the geometric deviation of the railway line, the design method of the railway line impact condition detection system based on the ADXL210 biaxial acceleration sensor is given. At the same time, the system composition, working principle and system hardware circuit are given. In addition, the detection system can communicate with the host computer and store the sampled data in the host computer file for data query and analysis, which brings great convenience to the long-term normal operation and inspection of the railway line.
