四川石油管理局川东天然气净化总厂引进装置是由日本引进的成套天然气萨菲诺脱硫、三甘醇脱水、克劳斯硫磺回收、斯科特尾气处理、污水及相应的辅助工程和公用装置。按设计能力,可日处理含硫天然气400万m～(3＊),生产净化天然气360～380万m～3,生产硫磺230～260t。9年来为最大限度地发挥这套装置的作用,摸索、总结出了一些经验,建成了一个以引进装置为主体的川东天然气净化中心,经济效益不断提高,为开发四川高含硫气田、减少川东地区环境污染、提高我国天然气化工水平,促进四川经济发展,做出了贡献。 1.掌握、“消化”好引进设备是发挥高经济效益
